Stephen Covey once wrote; the challenge is to be a light, not a judge, to be a model not a critic. The mission of the G-Square International Training Academy is viewed through these words. This is the mindset upon which attentive organizations such as G-Square build the foundation upon which to place what we call the Square of Integrity.

The success of our many training programs begins with the high standards and integrity we require of our training and support staff. The unique feature of the G-Square Training Academy is that each member of our staff is required to maintain a specific level of training themselves, as well as, demonstrate to the management team that they are constantly focused on what we call the "Square of Integrity". This must be not only in their professional life, but also in their personal life.
